John
Holderegger
President / CEO
As founder, President and CEO of MRSI, John possesses a
unique understanding of the special needs of individuals with
disabilities and the challenges faced by service providers. John
is a native of Wyoming and holds Bachelor's and Master's of
Science degrees in Psychology from the University of Wyoming. He
has also completed post graduate studies at the University of
San Francisco and University of Northern Colorado. He has been a
CARF surveyor for the past 18 years and has more than a quarter
of a century of experience in the areas of developmental
disabilities, mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring
disabilities and acquired brain injury. He has been appointed to
numerous task forces on disability issues in Wyoming and
California, and is a long-time community representative for the
National Organization on Disabilities. John also serves as a
grant reviewer for SAMHSA and is a board member for NADD. He has
been published in a number of professional journals, and has
presented at national and international conferences. John and
co-author Ann Poindexter, MD published a book of best practices
in rural environments for the NADD Press in October
2006.
Terry White
Chief Operating
Officer
Terry has been
working in the fields of behavioral health and social services
since the mid 1980's. He holds a bachelor's degree in sociology
from North Texas State University, and a master's degree in
behavioral science from the University of Texas of the Permian
Basin in Odessa, Texas. He is also a certified professional
counselor in the states of Wyoming and Arizona. Terry has
extensive management experience having served most recently as
director of children's services at the La Frontera Center in
Tucson, Arizona, and as senior manager for the Coconino County
Department of Health Services in Page, Arizona. As chief
operating officer for MRSI, Terry directs the daily operations
for the fast-growing Cheyenne branch.
