David Dale Pinter, B.S.
Case Management Director - Evanston

David received a bachelor of science degree in family science from Brigham Young University. He has been a qualified mental retardation professional/case manager with MRSI since June of 1994. David coordinates services for persons on the children's and adult waiver and oversees the case management department. He remains dedicated to obtaining the needed assistance for persons served so they might reach their goals and desires.


Carol Busbee
Case Management Director - Cheyenne

Carol began working in the developmental disabilities field in 1983 and has extensive experience in institutional and community-based settings. Prior to her tenure with MRSI, she worked for the State of Wyoming in the Developmental Disabilities Division. Carol holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work and a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming. She is also a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and coordinates supported employment activities at MRSI-Cheyenne.
