Ryan Hamblin

Ryan has been working with people
with developmental disabilities since 1992. He worked as a Case
Manager from 1995 to 1997 at MRSI, a group home manager from
1997 to 1999 in Indiana, and returned to Case Management here at
MRSI in 1999. He has an Associates of Arts from Western Wyoming
CC.
Carol Busbee
Case Management
Director - Cheyenne
Carol began
working in the developmental disabilities field in 1983 and has
extensive experience in institutional and community-based
settings. Prior to her tenure with MRSI, she worked for the
State of Wyoming in the Developmental Disabilities Division.
Carol holds a bachelor's degree in Social Work and a master's
degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming. She is also
a Certified Brain Injury Specialist and coordinates supported
employment activities at MRSI-Cheyenne.
