Training School in Lander,Wyoming, as well as extensive preschool
services, early intervention services, children's home and
community-based services, adult home and community-based waiver
services throughout Wyoming.

National Association of State Directors of
Developmental Disabilities Services, Inc.
The
National Association of State Directors of Developmental
Disabilities Services (NASDDDS) is a non-profit organization
devoted to expanding and improving public services to individuals
with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities.
American
Association on Mental Retardation.
AAMR's
mission is to advance the knowledge and skills of professionals in
the field of mental retardation by exchanging information and
ideas.

National Association of Developmental Disabilities
Councils
Promotes national policy which enables

President's Committee on Mental
Retardation
The PCMR acts in an advisory
capacity to the President and the Secretary of Health and Human
Services on matters relating to programs and services for persons
with mental retardation.
Americans with Disabilities
Act
The ADA prohibits discrimination on the
basis of disability in employment, programs and services provided
by state and local governments, goods and services provided by
private companies, and in commercial facilities.
