Salena Dorner

Salena holds a
degree in nursing from Western Wyoming College with further
education obtained through the University of Wyoming. She has 15
years expeience providing psychiatric nursing and has been with
MRSI since 1995. She was previously employed at the Wyoming
State Hospital where she worked in ICU, substance abuse,
forensics and adolescent services. She served as medical clinic
coordinator for four years coordinating care for the inpatient
psychiatric individuals requiring intervention from specialty
medicine physicians such as internal medicine, neurology,
surgery, podiatry and orthopedics. In addition, she worked at
the local nursing home providing geriatric nursing care and
staff development. Other experiences include participation on
the governor's task force for deintitutionalization of dual
diagnosed individuals, and the Wyoming school health HIV/AIDS
project. She assisted in development of programs within the work
environment providing staff support and debriefing opportunities
for employees involved in traumatic/crisis situations. She has
held certification as a CPR instructor/trainer, infection
control trainer, and HIV/AIDS educator.
Moneta Donahue
Nursing Director -
Cheyenne
Moneta received her LPN from
Laramie County Community College and her RN degree from Front
Range Community College in Fort Collins, Colorado. Prior to her
arrival at Mountain Regional Services, Inc., she worked as a
charge nurse at Mt. Towers Health Care and Rehabilitation Center
in the Alzheimer and Total Care Units. Moneta has also spent
time in the banking industry working as a bookkeeper and data
entry
specialist.
